    [wptabcontent] No. We carefully curate each My Maker Box to make sure that only quality items are included. Part of the fun of My Maker Box is that you are pleasantly surprised each time you open it. We choose Makers and Handmade Entrepreneurs who take great pride in the products they offer, and each month, you get a box of awesome handmade goodness. We all have different tastes, so if you don't like something, feel free to gift it to a friend who will enjoy it more than you. We would also appreciate it if you would let us know if there is something you don't like. We can use this information to plan future boxes.[/wptabcontent]
    [wptabtitle] What if my box contains defective products?[/wptabtitle]
    [wptabcontent] My Maker Box cannot replace or offer refunds for defective items. Each box comes with the business card and other marketing materials of the Makers whose products are contained in the box, so you can feel free to contact them and share your concerns. If you need help locating a particular Maker, please let us know.[/wptabcontent]
    [wptabtitle] What if my box is delivered but stolen from the address I ask you to ship it to?[/wptabtitle]
    [wptabcontent] We cannot replace boxes in such cases. Please be sure to request that we ship your box to a location where someone will be there to receive it. We will not replace boxes that are taken by someone other than you, after they have been delivered to the address you tell us to ship to. We will all be able to check delivery by the tracking number provided by the United States Postal Service.[/wptabcontent]
    [wptabtitle] What if my box is lost in shipping or arrives with damaged goods inside?[/wptabtitle]
    [wptabcontent] If you don’t receive your box, please contact us within 10 days of the shipping date that we announce on our Facebook page and in a personal email to you, and we will make every effort to make you whole. If you do not let us know within 10 days of the announced shipping date, we cannot do anything. If your box arrives with damaged items, please contact us within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the box and we will do our best to replace the damaged items. My Maker Box will be unable to replace damaged items if we are not notified within 1 day of receipt of your box. IMPORTANT: We will always ask you to verify that your box and/or its contents arrived damaged so we will ask you to take a photo of the items immediately for verification purposes. This photographic evidence will be used to help us determine the best way to handle your particular situation. We do not guarantee that we will be able to replace any items, but we will try to work with the Maker to make you whole. We will not handle any requests due to damaged goods unless we receive a photograph within 1 day of receipt of the box. Email us within 1 day and we will reply with information about how to send us the photograph.[/wptabcontent]

    [wptabcontent] Your card or PayPal account (whichever you choose) is charged each month.[/wptabcontent]

    [wptabcontent] North Carolina state law requires us to collect 4.75% sales tax on orders shipped within the state of North Carolina. If your order will be shipped outside the state of North Carolina, no sales tax will be collected.[/wptabcontent]

    [wptabcontent] My Maker Box ships during the second week of each month. During holidays, we adjust the shipping schedule accordingly. Either way, you will receive an email letting you know when your box will ship.[/wptabcontent]

    [wptabcontent] My Maker Box proudly uses United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Your box should arrive within 2-3 business days after it ships from our location near Charlotte, North Carolina.[/wptabcontent]
