Donna Maria is an attorney, author, podcaster, certified entrepreneur mentor and the founder and CEO of the Indie Business Network. After serving as an attorney for several years, Donna Maria left corporate America to launch an artisan aromatherapy and cosmetics shop outside Washington, DC. In 2000, she closed that business to focus full-time on providing entrepreneurial training and coaching to Indie Business Network members. Over the years, she has trained and mentored hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs through webinars, podcasts, books, newsletters, live events and more. Donna Maria has two grown children who are scholar athletes at North and South Carolina universities. She currently works and lives in her hometown of Washington, DC, and travels the country to speak at conferences and to train and meet with IBN members at their retail stores, farmers markets and other events.
TERI PATTERSON: ENTREPRENEUR MENTOR
Teri Lang Patterson is the Founder and CEO of Body Systems Skincare, which, since 2001, has offered healthy skin and body care options with a focus on wholesale, back bar spa and private label.
In addition to playing and coaching golf at the University of Minnesota, Teri has played ice hockey, taught land and water fitness classes, served as an East Coast Hockey League off-ice official, and currently coaches girls soccer.
Teri has led Body Systems through over two decades of economic upturns and downturns, including a global pandemic. Her distinct experiences uniquely qualify her to train and mentor entrepreneurs across multiple disciplines. “I love it all,” says Teri, “And my favorite parts are the customer service and designing aspects. Will there be a replay for all events I cannot attend live?
Yes! All events are recorded for you to listen to, watch, and/or download. We transcribe each event so you can skim through it if you'd prefer when you have the time. That way, even if you cannot make an event live, it's not a problem.
