The Indie Method™ is a 4-phase approach to entrepreneurship which I developed to help business owners embrace sequential steps to business success.

The four phases are: Emerge, Engage, Evolve, and Expand.

Each phase of the Indie Method is composed of 9 specific steps, which when taken in order, form a solid foundation upon which a successful business can be built. There are 36 steps in all.
