Here is the deposit and payment schedule:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $250 per cabin (not per person) is due upon registration to hold your cabin. Your registration is not complete until the cabin deposit is made.
  • Once your registration form is received, Indie Cruise Designer Brittany Franey will be in touch with you to collect your deposit, source insurance (if desired), and answer any questions you may have.
  • Final payment is due on or before November 30, 2024.

Insurance is not included with this trip. If you would like a quote for travel insurance, please select YES on the Registration Page and you will be contacted via email to receive a quote. We highly recommend that you secure travel insurance.

Utopia of the Seas sails from Port Canaveral, which is located about 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). We recommend that you take Uber or Lift from MCO to Port Canaveral.

You could also drive to Port Canaveral and park your car there. Here is more information about that option.

We recommend that you join us the night before we set sail for Indie Meetup. That way, you don't have to rush to meet the ship for boarding time of 2pm the day we set sail on January 20.

You do not need a passport for Indie Cruise 2025.

You do need a valid form of identification, such as a driver's license AND an original birth certificate (NOT A COPY) or a passport that is valid through at least 6 months AFTER the last day of travel, so make sure your passport is renewed and up to date.

The sooner you book air transportation, the lower your air fare will be.

DETAILED ITINERARY ...

COUNTDOWN DAY (OPTIONAL INDIE MEETUP WITH DONNA MARIA THE DAY BEFORE WE SET SAIL): SUNDAY, JANUARY 26: PORT CANAVERAL AIRPORT HOTEL: 6PM

You proceed to be disconnected from the “usual,” and transported physically and emotionally to a new world. Indeed, you are ready to embrace the INDIE CRUISE EXPERIENCE, and are excited and ready for several days of time away to celebrate and plan, laying the groundwork for a transformative 2025.

When you arrive at Orlando International Airport or Port Canaveral (depending on how you decide to travel), you will take ground transportation to the Port Canaveral Airport Hotel where you'll check in and get settled. Then, you'll meet Donna Maria and others joining us for Indie Meetup in the hotel restaurant where you'll enjoy some relaxing downtime and begin the disconnecting process. You'll greet old friends and meet new ones, and start to feel better and better every minute about your decision to join us.

As Day One comes to a close, you'll bask in the glow of the intimate connections you are forming and nurturing. You will feel grounded, supported and excited about what's to come.

DAY ONE: MONDAY, JANUARY 27: ALL ABORAD THE SHIP @ 2PM: EVENING MASTERMIND DINNER

You awaken to the anticipation of a lovely time, enjoy a leisurely breakfast and maybe spend a little time journaling before heading to Utopia of the Seas no later than 2pm to check in and start breathing in the sea air and relishing the special time away from the usual.

After your luggage is handled by the crew, you'll enjoy a few free hours checking out some of the ship's amenities.

You'll join us in the main dining room for our first Mastermind Dinner at around 5:45 where we will choose from so many dining experiences and begin sharing about all the fun we are going to have getting to know and support each other on our journey.

DAY TWO: TUESDAY, JANUARY 28: NASSAU, BAHAMAS EXCURSION: MASTERMIND DINNER

When the ship docks at Nassau, Bahamas at around 7am, you'll arise for a delicious breakfast and have the entire day to do exactly as you please. You can stay on board the ship or you can head out to Nassau where you can do just about anything you'd want to do on an island:

• lounge by the beach
• snorkel
• swim with dolphins
• catch a catamaran (maybe we'll rent one just for us)!
• go shopping
• explore the historic island on a tour

There are just too many activities to name. You'll also be able to book excursions on the Royal Caribbean app. The day will be yours to master!

Mastermind Dinner will be at 5:45. Afterward, there will a variety of ship entertainment to choose from, or you can head back to your cabin for a night of sleep as we set for overnight and full day sail with Indie Business Blueprint Training as we head back to Port Canaveral.

DAY THREE: WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 29: DAY AT SEA: INDIE BUSINESS BLUEPRINT TRAINING: MASTERMIND DINNER: WHITE NIGHT PHOTO OP

After an early morning breakfast, you'll head to our training room where you'll work through sessions surrounding the Indie Business Blueprint Training. I'll be debuting some new models of growth and posing some pointed and profound questions to think through and discuss.

You'll have plenty of opportunities to gain clarity on what you want to create and where you want to go next. You'll uncover what you want to let go of, and what you want to grab hold of.

You'll map out where you want to go, assessing all the possibilities. You'll mastermind not only where you want to go, but also who you want to be. You'll turn some pages, and also tear some pages out!

The day is about learning, sharing and growing. We will share our visions and plans and end with celebrations all around.

We'll emerge to enjoy a delicious Celebratory Dinner.

There will be lots of hugs and last minute photos to be taken, not to mention our own White Night Photo Op.

You leave Indie Cruise 2025 with a grateful heart for the joyous experience and the lifelong memories. You'll congratulate yourself for investing in your self, your business, and your life.

Indie Cruise Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What are the dates of Indie Cruise 2025: Islands of the Bahamas?

Indie Cruise 2025 is January 27 – 31, 2025.

Indie Meetup is Sunday January 26, 2025 at 6pm at the Port Canaveral Airport Hotel in the restaurant there.

Is there an additional cost for the business training and coaching on board the ship?

No! It's included!

Are the prices per person or per cabin?

All prices are per cabin, not per person. So, however many people are in a cabin share/split the price. The deposit of $250 is per cabin too, not per person.

Can I bring my minor child or children?

Yes, so long as the child or children are at least one year old.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Special circumstances apply if you are traveling with a minor child without that minor's child's other legal parent or guardian, so if you are doing so, be sure to check with our Cruise Designer for special instructions. This is a sample of the form used to bring a child under those circumstances.)

How do I get from the airport to the port where the boat sets sail?

The port is about an hour away from the airport. The best way to travel is via Uber or Lift, but you can also take a cab.

Do I need a passport for Indie Cruise 2025?

What are the swimming pool options like?

The ship features dozens of swimming pools on multiple decks. It includes one adult-only swimming pool for those who prefer to swim without children. More information is available in the Utopia of the Seas brochure here.

Can I bring my children on Indie Cruise 2025?

Yes, so long as they are at least one year old. No children under one year old can board the ship. Each child is counted as a full person for registration purposes and a registration form and full payment must be submitted for each child. There is no child rate.

What can we expect for beverage options?

You can purchase drinks of all kinds on board the ship a la carte or you can purchase drink packages on board the ship.

Is there a spa on board the ship?

Yes. You can book spa services via the Royal Caribbean app after you have registered for Indie Cruise 2025 and paid your deposit.

Do I need a passport for Indie Cruise 2025?

No. You will need a form of current identification, such as a valid driver's license, and either an original birth certificate (NOT A COPY), or a passport that is valid up until at least six months before the date we set sail on Indie Cruise 2025.

What types of excursions are available?

The Royal Caribbean app (free to download here) features dozens and dozens of excursions, including things like swimming with dolphins, island tours, snorkeling, catamaran rentals, and more. Please check the app and share in our Indie Cruise Facebook Group any excursions that appeal to you so we can decide as a group what to book.
