IMPORTANT! You are NOT registered for Indie Cruise until you have completed Steps 1 + 2 below.

Here Are Your Next Steps!

1. Download, complete and sign the and COVID-19 Waiver. Return the completed forms via email.

2. Fill out this Credit Card Authorization form and scan and email to suzanne@tcava.com or fax to 404-738-9431.

3. If you have not already done so, join our private Indie Cruise Facebook group by clicking “Join Group” at the top of the page at this link.

Deposit + Payment + Refund Policy

Here is your payment schedule:

  • A deposit of 20% is due upon registration. Deposit is due on or before Friday, February 17, 2023.
  • Your second payment of 50% of the total price is due on or before Friday, May 26, 2023.
  • Your final payment of the remaining balance is due on or before Friday, September 29, 2023.

Cancellations must be made in writing, sent via email to Suzanne Niemeier.

If a reservation is canceled before Friday, September 29, 2023, you will receive a refund of all payments made, minus Club Med's $60.00 non-refundable membership dues deposit.

If you cancel your reservation between September 30 – October 26th, you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid, minus Club Med's $60.00 non-refundable membership dues deposit.

If you cancel your reservation on or after Friday, October 27th, 100% of the amount paid is NON–REFUNDABLE.
