1. Download, complete and sign the and COVID-19 Waiver. Return the completed forms via email.

2. Fill out this Credit Card Authorization form and scan or fax to 404-738-9431.

3. If you have not already done so, join our private Indie Cruise Facebook group by clicking “Join Group” at the top of the page at this link.

Deposit + Payment + Refund Policy

Here is your payment schedule:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is due upon registration.
  • Your second payment of 50% of the total price is due on September 7, 2022.
  • Your final payment of the remaining balance is due on October 26, 2022.

Cancellations must be made in writing, sent via email to Suzanne Niemeier.

If a reservation is canceled before October 26th, you will receive a refund of all payments made, minus the $200.00 non-refundable deposit.

If you cancel your reservation from October 27th – November 30th, you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid, minus the $200.00 non-refundable deposit.

If you cancel your reservation after December 1st – January 15th 100% of the amount paid is NON–REFUNDABLE.
