Introducing Stephanie Hendricks of Stephanie's Scents in Gloucester Massachusetts. Stephanie is our 2Q 2022 Maker Scholarship recipient. Stephanie's makes candles with soy wax and cotton wicks, and she sells them at her website and on Etsy. Current popular scents include Pineapple Sage, Tomato Leaf, and Peppermint Mocha Soy. Q: What does winning IBN's Scholarship Year mean to you?

| Being awarded IBN's Q2 2022 Maker Scholarship Award would help me not only financially, but it would also make it easier for me to focus on and grow my company. I am a strong and focused woman who is trying to put everything I have into growing my candle company. I have a lot of financial constraints that are holding me back from learning more, so this scholarship would help get me on the right path to success. I also look forward to receiving more knowledge about how to get my brand out there and figuring out what my niche is. |
