When I was a young girl, Mr. Eddie Kennedy was my tennis coach. He always made me feel special and helped me develop the confidence I needed to eventually compete in the Mid-Atlantic Lawn Tennis Association and to lead my high school tennis team. One day, Mr. Kennedy was chatting after a match with some of his friends. I approached to greet him and he introduced me to his buddies as his “Protégé.” I had no idea what that meant, and when I asked him, he said it meant I was his special student.
I'm not sure how special I was because Mr. Kennedy taught hundreds of Washington, DC, area kids to play tennis. I was just one of them. Even though I was one of many, Mr. Kennedy's use of the term, “Protégé” to refer to me made me feel like I was the only student that mattered. It just sounds so fancy and all. Mr. Kennedy cheered every passing shot I made, and he lifted my spirits when my best efforts only resulted in balls going into the net. Mr. Kennedy is part of the impetus for my new program: INDIE Protégé Network. Let me tell you more.
As founder and CEO of the INDIE Beauty Network, I meet a lot of people who are excited about entering the beauty business, but they don't know where to start. What Happens After You Become My Protégé?
You'll receive an email from me welcoming you, and letting you know about the next event. If it's a teleseminar or webcast, you'll receive at least a week's notice by email. If it's a “how to” screencast, it will be recorded in advance of course, and you'll receive a link to enjoy it at your leisure.
In all cases, the information is recorded so if you cannot attend live, you will be able to stream and/or download the content later. Recorded screencasts will remain available to you indefinitely. Recordings of live teleseminars and webinars will be available for 90 days.
