I am thrilled to introduce you to Christine Laureano, IBN's new Local Director in Long Island! Christine is the founder and Chief Formulator at Ba6 Botanicals. Christine has been connected to the Indie community for years, going back nearly a decade when she led a company called Good Ground Botanicals.
I am so pleased to add Christine to the INDIE Team. I asked her to share a few words about what she hopes to experience as IBN's Long Island Director. Here's what she said:
I'm excited and honored to be part of INDIE as the Long Island Director. I have know Donna Maria since 2001, my first involvement with INDIE, and have been inspired every step of the way by her enthusiasm in supporting Indies, their business growth and their lifestyle changes. One of the things that dM said that has stuck with me is “your business has to meet your lifestyle, not the other way around.
As a local director, I'm excited to connect with Indies to help support and mastermind our BIG ideas for success around the lifestyle we dream of. Synchronicity brought me back to my skin care business after several years coaching and consulting women on business, lifestyle and purpose. One of my original skin care clients told me “It's about time!” I renamed, re-branded and relaunched my company as Ba6 Botanicals (pronounced “bay-six”) in October 2010. I feel like I'm home in my business and back with INDIE!
