I am pleased to announce that Jennifer Smith has agreed to become Director of Operations of the Indie Business Network. In this capacity, she will perform an increasing number of the duties I have previously performed, and many that she has already been performing without being asked as you may recall from this post. Jennifer is amazing and she deserves to be recognized and promoted.
Jennifer Smith has been with the Indie Business Network since 2012. She has played a pivotal role in the company's longevity, growth and success.
As the leader responsible for managing our website properties, schedules and events, weekly tasks and team workloads, entrepreneurial community, blog post organization and scheduling and her most challenging task — handling Yours Truly — Jennifer has been instrumental in the high-performance culture IBN is known for.
She is a natural and obvious choice for the company’s first Director of Operations.
