This will be a fun week with lots of excitement, growth and learning. Before I get to that, I want to thank everyone who sent well wishes when I and my children were sick last week. As as I write this, I'm back from a 2.33-mile run on the treadmill (it's raining outside), and I am the new “Mayor” at my gym. My cold is not quite gone, but I feel much better. I hope you can join me for some of this week's fun, learning and sharing!

If you agree, join me and other small business leaders who are committed to maintaining not only a healthy business, but also a healthy body! We check in every Wednesday to share what we are doing to remain healthy so we can make our highest contributions to ourselves first, then to our family members, friends, customers and communities.
- March 23: Regulatory Seminar: Making and Labeling Your Cosmetics In Accordance With FDA Regulations, and What to Expect From the FDA Globalization Act of 2009 (with me!) from 12:00pm to 2:00pm New York time: Every business that sells products to consumers must comply with some federal government regulations having to do with labeling. The reasons for this are obvious: educated consumers are the best customers and beauty products manufacturers have the privilege and the duty of providing them with at least the minimum amount of information required by the Food & Drug Administration.
During this in-depth two-hour webinar, I will cover all of the resources you need to consult with order to comply with FDA rules and regulations, and I will provide an overview of what's coming down the pike with the FDA Globalization Act of 2009.
