This awesome video came to our attention, courtesy of our member, Sheri Pierce, over at Paradise City Micro-Farm in Northampton, Massachusetts. It's a collage of clips from a “Farm To Table Cook-Off,” with a twist. Local celebrity chefs used ingredients from local farms to prepare dishes you can eat, and dishes you can put on your skin. If you have a retail space, this is a wonderful idea for an event in your hometown, don't you think? Why should the cable television food shows have all the fun? Check out the video.
The video was made by Old Fashion Health. The cook-off event was hosted by Yolanda Owens, “Skincare Chef” at iwi fresh in Atlanta, Georgia. iwi stands for “itis what itis.” Note that the event hostess suggests that the spa's “Garden Facial” is not to be missed.
Thanks to Sheri of Paradise City Micro-Farm for bringing this fun, inspirational video to our attention. You can visit Sheri's website here.
Question: How cool is this? Just how cool?
