Based in Cosby, Tennessee, Moonmaid Botanicals makes herbal salves and skin care products use herbs like calendula, St. John's Wort, dandelion and more. Cynthia Johnston is the founder and owner, and in addition to making and selling her handmade herbals, she also teaches people how to use herbs to make products of their own.

Debbie Miller of Anna’s Potions and Lotions in Brooklyn, New York, makes moisturizing creams and lip balms and as well as handmade soy candles. Available scents include lavender, lemon, orange, and clove (my personal favorite), plus the fabulous rose cream made with organic Bulgarian rose essential oil, rose hydrosol and rip hip seed oil.
