IndieCruise Mastermind 2014 was a resounding success! I'm thrilled to share that my annual signature event was — in a word — fabulous. You may recall that our theme was “No More Beauty Business As Usual.” In addition to myself, the speakers were the amazing Lela Barker of Lucky Break Consulting, Dawn Fitch of Pooka Pure and Simple, and Kim Jones of Urban Tranquility. For the first time this year, a playlist of the Cruisers favorite motivational songs was created, and I had a CD made for everyone. We played this music through #IndieCruise for motivation and inspiration. Here is the jewel case cover.
Gorgeous, yes?! It was fun to enjoy the diversity of music choices among women from across the nation (and some were quite a surprise!) Thanks to Cruiser and Indie Business Network member Alana Rivera of etta and billie for the innovative playlist idea.
Plans are already underway for #IndieCruise Mastermind 2015, so keep your eyes on the #IndieCruise page for more information. Best and success,
P.S. – I have hosted #IndieCruise annually since 2011 and each year, it generates aha moments and takeaways from entrepreneurs nationwide. Here are a few of the ones I love best …
“ I went on Indie Cruise just to spend time with my friends and I got so much more out of it than I expected. The energy of the other Indies was immensely contagious and uplifting. One of my books was born in an Indie Cruise Mastermind session! The teaching and masterminding sessions were priceless. I highly recommend blocking the next Indie Cruise date off in your calendar and doing whatever it takes to be part of next years cruise.”

“#IndieCruise was a blast. It was relaxing, rejuvenating, ass kicking, and totally motivating. I came away with a ton of new ideas and some amazing connections to fellow entrepreneurs. I am already looking forward to next year.”

“I loved it. I had the most fabulous time I ever could have imagined. I got way more out of it than I ever expected. I feel like I'm full. We've made really solid progress with the business. We are excited to just go get 'em and do all the things we said we were going to do … I feel full and ready to explore what's out there, and honor the plans and commitments that we made.”
