Today, we bring you Kirsten Connor of Flourish Beauty Lab in Vermont.
In addition to sharing her products and some of her entrepreneurial story, Kirsten delivered a fun tour of her lovely retail location in White River Junction, Vermont. It was a great day of storytelling and sharing. If you missed it, never fear because we saved some of it just for you!

Before starting Flourish Beauty Lab, Kirsten was a full-time soapmaker, selling her soaps online and in retail stores in and around Vermont.
After using her soap on her hair, she discovered she was not pleased with the results. No matter how she tweaked her recipes, nothing worked on her thin, sensitive mane. Rather than being discouraged, Kirsten saw an opportunity to pivot her business from soap to shampoo and conditioner. At the time, there were very few artisan hair care brands on the market.
Kirsten changed her business model and began selling shampoo and conditioner made with biodegradable ingredients and formulated specifically for sensitive hair. Flourish's most popular formula is Lavender Mint, but you can also get Lemongrass, Honey Blossom, and Rosewood.
