What happens after I register?

After you purchase your ticket, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your purchase. You will also receive an email with a link for you to review, sign, and digitally return the COVID-19 waiver. Your registration is not complete until this waiver is signed and returned. You will receive email messages as the event approaches. These emails will contain instructions to join us (whether via livestream or in person), and updates as appropriate.

How is this training different from the training I already get if I am an IBN member?

All of our training products work together but at different levels. The regular virtual training offered inside the membership is high level and necessarily shortened due to time constraints. Maker Mastermind Live meets you where you are at this moment in your business, at ground zero, and empowers you to distill the high level principles we discuss in our virtual training programs into the daily practical realities of leading your business.

Maker Mastermind Live provides the instruction, interactive brainstorming, and mentoring that you cannot get with through periodic virtual events that are often consumed via replay. Maker Mastermind Live condenses all of the training into one place, to help you align your business vision with the practical steps you must take on a daily basis to execute that vision.

Is this event for me if I am just starting my business?

Absolutely! Maker Mastermind Live is a business training and mentoring event. It's more than a checklist of assignments and a bit of follow-up homework. We've built mentoring and interactive peer-to-peer masterminding into the event. You'll be immersed in support, and given meaningful strategic direction for whatever stage of business you are in.

Is this event for me if I am more advanced in my business?

Yes! Maker Mastermind Live is a business training and mentoring event. It's more than a checklist of assignments and a bit of follow-up homework. We've built mentoring and interactive peer-to-peer masterminding into the event.

Will I get to work one-on-one with Donna Maria and the other Maker Mastermind Mentors?

Yes! Donna Maria is live with you on both days, and the other Maker Mastermind Mentors are there on their assigned days (Day 1: Adora Winquist; Day 2: Kayla Fioravanti and Anne-Marie Faiola.) You'll be able to speak with them directly on the days they are there as we interact and mastermind your business together.

Will I have access to the event recordings?

This event will not be recorded. We will host virtual versions of the event throughout the year, so stay tuned for that!

What airport do I fly into, and what is the venue?

The closest airport is the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.

Will I have to prove that I have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to attend in person?

No.

Will I have to test negative for COVID-19 in order to join you in person?

No.

Can I watch the event virtually?

No. We will host virtual versions of the event throughout the year, so stay tuned for that!

Can I register if I live outside the United States?

Yes. As long as you are a current member of the Indie Business Network, you can join us.

What if this event does not meet my needs?

Proof of vaccination will not be required to attend Maker Mastermind Live.
A signed COVID-19 waiver will be required to attend the event.
You will be required to send us a negative COVID-19 test dated no more than 48 hours before the start of the event.
A short health questionnaire on the day of the event will be required before attendees can enter the room.
