As I mentioned in my posts here and here, HR 2359 has been on its way for quite some time. The long wait is over, and you can read the entire text of the bill at this link.
I'm not sure of the exact date of its official public release, but since I've been checking regularly and haven't found it until today, I think it's today, Independence Day, a day designed to celebrate our freedom and also, a day when not many people will be paying attention. I will be reviewing the bill in depth and will report to you my general thoughts.
