I hope this Memorial Day post finds you enjoying time off with family and friends, and remembering the people who sacrificed their lives over the centuries for our freedom. As the leader of a trade organization that celebrates the strength and tenacity of small business owners, I can think of no better way to celebrate that sacrifice than by sharing this slideshow of 2,500+ photographs of the Indies I serve and the products they make.
Amazing, aren't we?! The small business owners who make the products in this slideshow are the backbone of our nation's economy. I'd like to think that our fallen service men and women, and their families, would be pleased to know that they helped pave the way for this kind of innovation and self-sufficiency to flourish in our nation.
