Several years ago, I got an idea to create a documentary of sorts to celebrate the spirit of entrepreneurial MAKERS nationwide. I sent my husband business partner out to gather B-roll and photographs of members who were making waves in their local communities. Here is the result.
As you can see, it's a kind of trailer to showcase some of our members who stepped out from the traditional work world to create a business around a life they could design from the ground up. Our goal at the time was to use the maker documentary to promote the featured businesses while testing the waters for a larger scale project. The project started and stopped, and went through a few iterations until we finally put it on the back burner for a while.
Some things just have to marinate for a while. There will be more news to come. For now, I just want you to have a taste.
What do you think?
Best and success,
