I am excited to announce the newest addition to our Indie Business Fit Club — Yoga and Stretch with Kim Jones, perfectly timed to support the physical, emotional, and mental wellness of our members as they simultaneously lead their businesses and face down COVID-19.
Kim will host two classes a week.
We'll start the week on Mondays at 8:30am ET with a time of calm and peace that eases us into the day and forms a tranquil reservoir that we can call on the rest of the week.
We'll end the week on Thursdays at 8:30pm ET when we will stretch away the stress of the week, and pave the way to rest and rejuvenation over the weekend.

How to Join Us!
All you have to do to join us, if you are currently a member of IBN, is show up on the wall of our private member Facebook group, and refresh your feed until you see Kim at the appropriate day and time. We record each session for you, so if you cannot make a live class, you can enjoy the replay whenever it's convenient for you!
