As you know, I'm a firm believer in the power of email newsletters. If you'd like to know more, check out the links underneath the graphic. My weekly Indie Experience Email Newsletter, published since January 2000, contains commentary and articles written exclusively by me. More recently, I've begun publishing a weekly Indie Social Email Newsletter, a collection of the great things my members are doing, including product launches, videos, events and classes, and a robust discussion forum. Today, I unveiled a new look for the weekly Indie Social Update, and I wanted to share it with you.
I love how it creates a nice, clean flow for the content, and how great the graphics look. It makes the featured products stand out so nicely! I hope you like it as much as I do. Why An Email Newsletter?
An email newsletter is critical to your success as the leader of a small business. Among other things, a newsletter is an amazingly efficient and cost effective way to drive traffic to your blog, FaceBook and Twitter pages and help you generate sales. While some people traded in their newsletters for Twittering and FaceBooking, others, including me, know that a newsletter subscriber list is the single most powerful online marketing tool there is.
If the above articles don't convince you here are three reasons why I still publish an email newsletter.)
Really, that should be enough. Are you convinced?
