- Sommer loves brands.
Sommer loves working with brands on things like community outreach and communication, and finding the intersection between a great brand and the influencers who can help tell the world about that brand. She's been doing this since 2007, long before it was a “thing.” We are so excited to have this pioneering influencer to help us select the 2018 Artisan Products of the Year.
- Sommer is an author.
Sommer is the author of My Mommy is a Blogger, a book that helps young children understand what moms like her are doing online. It contains great lessons for kids, and helps the embrace the fact that, just because mommy is at home on a computer does not mean she is not working to support the family and build her career.
- Sommer is launching a new business.
Sommer recently announced the exciting news that she has sold Green and Clean Mom, and will be focusing full-time on a new venture providing social media and mobile location-based marketing services to businesses like yours. The new brand, Keep It Real Social is now open for business, and you should check it out if you could use some help using social media and mobile marketing to grow your business.
Sommer is married with two children, and lives in her home state of Michigan.
