The Vault is an archive of my first podcasts so there is a record for you to enjoy.
Welcome to the Vault Episode 167 featuring my interview with Mike Michalowicz, the author of “The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur: The Tell It Like It Is to Cleaning Up in Business, Even If You're at the End of Your Rope.” Mike is a graduate of MIT, a recipient of numerous entrepreneur awards, and a frequent contributor to cable news. Conventional business wisdom often emphasizes the need for ample cash, significant time investments, and a meticulously crafted business plan to succeed in starting a business. However, our guest today challenges this conventional thinking. He argues that you don't necessarily require a business plan or a substantial cash reserve to achieve success as an entrepreneur, and he even goes as far as suggesting that business plans can be a waste of time.
