As I often do in the early morning hours, today, I updated my Google Reader shared items. In the midst of all of beauty and business feeds, I discovered a life-changer at Chris Brogan's feed. It's a 10-minute clip about basketball coach Don Meyer, the recipient of the 2009 Jimmy V award, given in honor of Jim Valvano, the of the North Carolina State basketball coach who died of cancer in 1993. If you feel like the cards are stacked against you, but you are determined to lead your business into the future, then go someplace quiet and watch and learn from Don's amazing story.

Remember your faith, your family and your friends. Remember that leaders never whine, complain or make excuses. Remember that peace is not the absence of trouble, trials and torment, but calm in the midst of them.
And remember to never ever waste your time at bat.
Question: How do you feel about having invested the last 10 minutes of your life watching this video?
