This week's Indie Business Radio Show features Lisa Nichols, author of No Matter What!: 9 Steps to Living the Life You Love. Here's a short video featuring the book and a program note about next week's show.

During the show, among many other juicy, life-changing tidbits, Lisa shared 3 things we should look for when seeking to connect with small business owner colleagues who can encourage and promote our success:
- Look For Possibility People. Look for people who are inclined to focus on what is possible, and no on all of the hardship and challenges that must be overcome.
- Look For Coachable People. Surround yourself with people who are able to lead as well as able to follow. I call this having a “teachable spirit.” That is, hook up with people who can teach you things and also allow you to teach them things they don't know.
- Look For Unconditional People. Engage with people who are determined to accomplish their business goals, no matter what. Avoid collaborating with people who have conditional success thinking. For example, a person who says, “I'll succeed if …” may not be ready to handle the “no matter what” attitude that you bring to the table.
